In addition to our seven-course tasting menu, La VidA offers an à la carte experience for those who prefer to explore gastronomy with full freedom.
The menu features a curated selection of starters, main courses and desserts, crafted with local ingredients and a contemporary touch. Beverages are selected separately, from a wine list designed by Susana Balbo and her family, featuring labels from their own portfolio as well as carefully chosen wines from other regions.
We also offer alcohol-free options, including an extensive tea list and other drinks chosen to elevate the experience.
